By booking with Sakinah Stays, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, legal, and enjoyable stay for all guests. Violation of these terms may result in immediate eviction, financial penalties, and/or legal consequences.
1. Booking & Payment
– Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
– A refundable security deposit may be required and returned within 7–10 business days after check-out, pending property inspection.
2. Guest Registration & ID Requirements
– All guests — including adults, children, and infants — must be registered before check-in.
– A valid passport or national ID is required for every guest, and must be submitted at least 24 hours before arrival or during the check-in process.
– This information is legally required and will be reported to the Tourist Police within 24 hours, in accordance with Egyptian hospitality law.
– Unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited. No one other than registered guests may enter or stay in the apartment without prior written approval from Sakinah Stays.
– Any breach will result in immediate eviction without refund, and may involve legal authorities.
3. Prohibited Activities
– No prostitution or illegal activity is allowed. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and notification to authorities.
– No alcohol is allowed on the premises. Any alcohol found will be removed and may result in eviction without refund.
– No smoking inside the apartment. If evidence of smoking is found (including smell, ash, cigarette butts, or burns), a minimum cleaning fee of EGP 5,000 will be charged. If any item is burned or damaged by smoking, the full replacement cost of the item will be charged to the guest.
– No parties or events are allowed. Violation will result in eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit.
4. Respect for Property
– Guests must treat the apartment and furnishings with care.
– Any damage, theft, or excessive mess will be charged against the deposit or invoiced.
– Moving furniture or tampering with equipment is not allowed without permission.
5. Cleanliness
– Guests must leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition.
– A minimum cleaning fee of EGP 3,000 will apply if excessive dirt or mess is left.
– Each apartment is documented with photos and videos during cleaning, and the file is time-stamped and recorded to verify its condition before each stay.
6. Noise & Quiet Hours
– Quiet hours are from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
– Loud noise, music, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
7. Security & Surveillance
– External CCTV cameras are installed for safety.
– Tampering, disabling, or covering cameras is strictly prohibited and will lead to eviction.
– Guests must cooperate with building security at all times.
8. Check-In & Check-Out
– Check-in: 3:00 PM
– Check-out: 11:00 AM
– Late check-out without approval will result in extra charges.
9. Legal Compliance
– Guests must follow all Egyptian laws and building regulations.
– Stays longer than 30 days may require special approval.
– Subletting or commercial use of the apartment is strictly prohibited.
10. Liability & Entry
– Sakinah Stays is not responsible for loss, theft, or personal injury.
– Staff may enter the property in emergencies or to handle violations.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations are subject to the policy shown at time of booking.
– Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
12. Right to Refuse or Evict
– Sakinah Stays may refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
– Guests may be evicted immediately for any breach of these terms.

14. Governing Law
